The Concept of DISRESPECT and possibilities of exploring it
Abstract
The article deals with the concept DISRESPECT as a key concept in the conceptual map of the English language. The authors analyze the specificity and the structure of the concept in question based on data from English monolingual dictionaries and thesauruses. Other possibilities of exploring the concept, such as the analysis of English texts and the lexis verbalizing the concept therein as well as psycholinguistic experiments are also discussed.
