‘The Partial Stems’ Of Nouns in Hellenic And Roman Chronicle
Abstract
The text Hellenic and Roman Chronicle (35 000 items) contains about 4.5 thousand nouns. The amount of the material and its thematic variety allow to estimate the ratio of general and partial stems in the text and in the language of the 15th century. The focus of the paper is on the functioning of the partial stems of nouns that refer to inflectional classes of consonantal origin
